Orders are shipped to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown before payment. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with available options.

Returns

Because Star Gut is a consumable beverage, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email [info@starjuiceusa.com](mailto:info@starjuiceusa.com) within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and shipping box. Once verified, we may provide a replacement or refund. Please do not return products without written authorization. Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped are final. Customers may pause, skip, or cancel future subscription orders before the next scheduled charge.
